Meet Our Leadership Team
George Tager is a co-founder of Eagle Insurance and an experienced leader in the insurance industry. His nearly decade-long tenure with one of the Region’s largest insurance carriers saw him occupy many positions across multiple markets – the most recent being Managing Director for Employer Sales & Broker Relations. His industry knowledge enabled him to empower clients to navigate the complexities of healthcare, always seeking innovative solutions while doing so. He is always on the lookout for innovative solutions, making sure his clients get the best experience possible. George has been a proud steward of quality insurance services and has made great strides towards furthering Eagle Insurance successes.
George has leveraged his skills and experiences to support numerous great initiatives, currently sitting on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and was a 2017 graduate of the Leadership RI program. In 2018, his accomplishments were recognized after he was named to Providence Business News' Top 40 Under 40 list which recognizes young professionals for their excellence both in business and throughout their local community. His academic accomplishments include obtaining a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University as well as having earned his BA in Business Management while playing Division 1 baseball at the University of Maine.
Nick Sebastian is an innovative industry professional and co-founder of Eagle Insurance. He brings six years of experience from one of the Region’s largest insurance carriers, where he worked with many different large employers, municipalities, and Medicare clients to gain diverse knowledge in various sectors. His passion for helping others doesn’t just stop with work, Nick loves giving back - for several years he's been on the board at East Providence Boys & Girls Club alongside other volunteering initiatives within his community. An alumnus from New York Tech University, Nick pursued both academics and athletics simultaneously - earning his bachelor's degree while competing on their Division 1 Baseball Team!
Michelle is an indispensable part of Eagle Insurance and is responsible for leading our Medicare team. She is a powerhouse of knowledge and energy with an unwavering commitment to helping others. She brings over 15 years' experience in the industry, along with her unique talent for making complex topics easy-to-understand. Her knowledge has been honed through her previous experience leading product and distribution for one of the Region’s largest health insurance carriers. There aren't many questions she can't answer when it comes time to navigating Medicare options! Plus, nobody speaks more languages than this triple threat. Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese – utilizing translation as a core strength from growing up bilingual/trilingual allows her to provide effective aid with ease!
